Randstad is proud and delighted to be named Best Large Recruitment Business at the prestigious Global Recruiter Asia Pacific Industry Awards 2017 last week.
The Awards, held at the PARKROYAL on Pickering in Singapore, brought together the best industry players in the Asia Pacific recruitment world, from large, established recruiters to new starts.
Randstad impressed the judges with its forward-looking strategy and innovative culture, in particular for its launch of tech initiatives such as online live chat, an automated Net Promoter Score® survey to measure client satisfaction and Perfect Match, where data on passive candidates are collected and automatically matched to their idea of a perfect job as soon as it is registered. The Best Large Recruitment Business Award also came after a year of solid results demonstrating impressive growth and improvement across its businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Randstad was also recognised for going over and beyond to delight its clients and candidates as well as playing a significant role in the industries it serves.

The Global Recruiter award comes after an additional recent success at the 2017 Asia Recruitment Awards where the Randstad Singapore office won the Gold award for Best Client Service. The accolade recognised Randstad’s commitment to provide higher value services to its clients in the form of stronger industry knowledge, individualised client service and inter-division collaboration to streamline communications and sharing of best practices.
