PageGroup’s Steve Ingham ranks second in Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs list


Steve Ingham, CEO of the global specialist recruitment company PageGroup has today been awarded second place in the Highest Rated CEOs list on Glassdoor. The list, which forms part of Glassdoor’s 2016 Employees’ Choice Awards, features the top 25 CEOs as voted by anonymous and voluntary reviews conducted over the last year.

Receiving an impressive 99% approval rating, based on of reviews shared by PageGroup employees, Ingham said,

CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which seeks to gain current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, the work environment and the culture. With 19,000 companies in contention this last year, employees are asked to rate a number of workplace factors like compensation and benefits as well as work-life balance, and asked whether they approve or disapprove of the way their CEO is leading the company. In addition, employees are asked to describe some of the upsides and downsides of working for the company and provide any advice for senior management.
