I thrive on solving problems within recruitment and talent acquisition in the digital age. I am a self starter with a complete understanding of how digital has transformed candidate behaviour and their expectations of recruiters and employers . I like to challenge process and technologies to innovate candidate experiences and the way that companies recruit and acquire talent both offline and through social media.

I have a genuine desire to positively influence the environments that I work within and the recruitment industry, I partner with businesses to support and advise on attracting, recruiting and retaining the best talent within the digital sphere by providing guidance on candidate behaviour, recruitment processes and employer branding. . Whilst also providing insight into the trends and movements within the digital realm.

I am the co-founder of Portrayt, a digital studio focused on helping recruitment/employer brands digitally evolve, the founder of aProjectortwo.com - the world's first project oriented job board for digital people and a Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist for Accenture Digital.
